Prompt
A prompt is the text instruction you give an AI model describing what to generate — the more specific it is, the more predictable the result.
A prompt is your entire interface to a generative model. For images and video it typically names the subject, action, style, composition, lighting, and camera; for text it sets the task, audience, tone, and format.
Prompt engineering is the practice of shaping prompts for consistent, high-quality output — being specific, giving examples, and (for images) pairing a positive prompt with a negative prompt to exclude unwanted elements.
